Overview
The Nord Pas de Calais / Belgium congress of mathematics will take
place from October, 28 to October, 31 2013 in Valenciennes, France
(28 & 29 october) and in Mons, Belgium (30 & 31 october).
It is organised by the Nord-Pas de Calais mathematics research federation,
in link with the laboratories of mathematics from the Universities
of Brussels, Gent, Leuven, Louvain-la-Neuve and Mons. Eight plenary
lectures will be given, as well as ten parallel sessions and a poster
session, in the main research fields of the laboratories involved
: Game theory and verification of complex computer systems, Algebraic
Topology, Applied Analysis, Functional Analysis, Algebra and applications,
Numerical schemes for PDE, Submanifold Geometry, Theory and applications
of categories, Nonlinear elliptic PDE, Evolution PDE and Applications.
