How topological recursion organises quantum fields on noncommutative geometries

Abstract:
The second lecture introduces the $\lambda\Phi^4$-model on a noncommutative geometry. We derive the hierarchy of Dyson-Schwinger equations and explain how to solve the equation for the planar two-point function. In case that the noncommutative geometry is the 4-dimensional Moyal plane, the triviality problem is indeed absent.
