Introduction to Agentic AI and Higher Order Reasoning Systems and Applications in Cyber Security
This talk will introduce the basic notions of AI agents and higher-order reasoning systems, highlighting applications in information security where it is being used to counter advanced emerging threats. There will be a discussion of what agentic AI is and is not, why it is important for the field, how to get engaged in learning it, and a description of a new class of cyber professionals with a strong quantitative and analytic background that will be key in building and sustaining these agentic systems.
