Over the course of my career, I have been very privileged to work alongside some of the finest mathematics educators anywhere. You might say that, in my case, Margaret was at the head of the class. I will briefly highlight a few anecdotes about our time together at CMESG, our experiences with OAME, and our work when I was her Master’s student at York University.

Bio: Formerly, he was a secondary school teacher, Mathematics Consultant for the Board of Education for the Borough of East York, and Program Coordinator for Mathematics and Numeracy at the Toronto District School Board. Presently, he is an instructor for the Continuing Education Department and the Transition Years Program at York University.
