Digitizations in different sectors like health, education, employment etc gives rise to concerns on privacy and security of personal data. Usually this data is handled by institutions and their employees playing different roles. In this talk we will discuss about the necessities, benefits and constraints of implementing encryption and role based access control algorithms to these data in the context of smart villages focusing mainly on e-health.
