The current lecture series is a continuation of the conference held in July, 2016, celebrating 20 years of research on the Lambert W function. The speakers in the current lecture series were unable to attend the July conference, owing to other commitments, but now will lead the lecture series. The lecture series begins with a discussion of applications in biology, then presents extensions of W to matrix functions, and finally considers applications to equation solving.
