Sage Days Workshop
Description
SageMath is a software for doing mathematics - from number theory to differential geometry.
The Sage Days 96 organized at the Fields Institute in Toronto will focus on programming projects in SageMath related to Teichmüller theory (group representation, geometry of surfaces, dynamical systems, ...).
They welcome newcomers that would like to discover the numerous possibilities of SageMath as well as more experienced programers that would like to share their code and possibly integrate it in SageMath itself.
These Sage Days 96 will start with an introductory day with a general introduction, an install session and a variety of tutorials. Then starting from Tuesday, it will be a mix of talks by participants, coding sprints and tutorials based on participant needs.
