Student Workshop on Dynamical Systems and Related Fields
Description
Talk abstract are available here
The workshop is organized by postdocs and graduate students in Applied Mathematics, primarily working in the areas of Dynamical Systems, Controls, and Estimation. The workshop will consist of an exciting mix of student presentations, informative and thought-provoking talks and a lively panel discussion. This workshop is intended primarily to enable graduate students working in dynamical systems and related areas to present their work to the Applied Mathematics faculty and other students. Additionally, there will be several opportunities for interactions in an informal setting.
Opening remarks will be given by Prof Lai-Sang Young, Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences
All Applied Mathematics students, faculties, and staff are welcome to participate. We encourage everyone to register. The duration for each talk is 20 minutes with 5 additional minutes provided for discussions.
Deadline
Please submit two pages (with 2 references) of abstract by September 30, 2019. Contact organizers for template and submission.
