Description
This conference will honour the work of John F. (Rick) Jardine, a professor at the University of Western Ontario. Over his 40+ year career, Rick has made foundational contributions to homotopy theory, K-theory, and topological data analysis, in particular shaping the current landscape of homotopical algebra.

Registration / Funding
Please register here: https://portal.fields.utoronto.ca/personal-portal/participation/3233 . Limited funding will be available to cover travel and local expenses of students and early career researchers, and they can indicate if funding is being requested in the same form.
Accommodation
Discounted rates have been arranged for participants at The Park Hotel, located in downtown London, about a 30-minute walk along Richmond Street or a 45-minute walk along the river from the venue. The rate (for a really nice room!) is CAD 183 /night + tax, which is approximately USD 130. The rates can be accessed by following this link.
Additionally, participants may book accommodation at Ontario Hall, the newest residence hall on campus, at CAD 91.50 CAD/night (approx. USD 65 ) for a private room and CAD 76.50 /night (approx. USD 55 ) for a private bedroom and shared bathroom with another conference participant. Ontario Hall is located 15-20 minutes away from the conference venue, and it provides high quality accommodation, consistently ranking first on students' preference forms.
