Beyond perturbation theory
Draft format for GAP 2015
Two consecutive events are being planned.
The first one, to be held at the University of Waterloo and sponsored partially by the Fields Institute, from Monday, May 25 to Thursday, May 28, will consist of master classes delivered by three or four experts in the field. These classes are designed to introduce the audience to the theme of the conference, establishing the major themes of current research. These minicourses will be attended by an audience comprised of graduate students and postdoctoral fellows, as well as any senior researchers interested to explore the topic.
The second event is a three-day conference at the Perimeter Institute, held from Friday, May 29 to Sunday, May 31. We intend to have approximately twelve talks from 5 or 6 speakers, mostly concentrating on the topic of Amplitudes, with some focusing on recent results in non-perturbative quantum field theory.
