Explicit Mertens estimates

Abstract:
We use Perron formula arguments to show explicit estimates for the summatory function of the Mobius function. Using the Vino- gradov–Korobov zero free region, we give the strongest unconditional esti- mates, i.e, bounds of the form M(x) ≪ x exp(−C(log x)3/5(log log x)−1/5), which are very good for large x.
