KO-groups of quasi-toric manifolds and the cohomology of small covers

Abstract:
In this talk we discuss our calculation of KO-groups of quasi-toric manifolds, which is based on the work of A. Bahri and M. Bendersky together with a detailed analysis on the cohomology of small covers, being the fixed points of conjugation on quasi-toric manifolds. We also give some extreme cases that when the KO-groups are torsion free.
