We take a moment at the beginning of the 2018-2019 MathEd Forum season to remember one of our longtime members, Burke Brown, who advocated for the importance of meaningful, emotional, humanistic, mathematical experiences (MEHMEs).

Charles is a designer/technologist who has fallen in love with the mathematical experience, thanks in part to the influence of Burke and others at the MathEd Forum.
