We will discuss monomial admissibility conditions for Laurent polynomials and their corresponding Fukaya-Seidel categories. This discussion will include the relationship of this definition of the Fukaya-Seidel category with more traditional definitions. We will use this framework to compute certain monodromy functors and natural transformations in the mirror to a smooth compact toric variety through the lens of homological mirror symmetry.
