Costa and Miró-Roig described simple homogeneous vector bundles on Grassmannians in terms of the combinatorial data of a step matrix. I will describe joint work with Chowdhury, Dhillon, Ebel, and Martin, where we extend this combinatorial description to partial flag varieties.
