Abstract:
D-bar problems appear in the inverse scattering theory for some integrable 2+1 dimensional equations as Davey-Stewartson, and in electrical impedance tomography. We discuss spectral approaches to d-bar problems, i.e., numerical methods where the numerical error decreases exponentially with the resolution. As examples we discuss solutions to the Davey-Stewartson equation.
