We review a theory of deformations of Lagrangian submanifolds by so-called weak bounding cochains, and then review how to construct superpotentials. As an application, a joint work with Cheol-Hyun Cho about a construction of orbifold Jacobian algebras from Lagrangian submanifolds will be introduced.
